| This course is designed to introduce students to company law and in particular to the BVI's International Business Company which is incorporated under the IBC ordinance, 1984. This course blends theory with practice and students are afforded an opportunity to gain hands on familiarity with documents processes and procedures related to IBC. (Prerequisite: ENG 101 or ENG 114, may also include BUS 100) |
