| A study of the partnership and corporate forms of business entities including the methods of creating the relationship, and the law developed to regulate and control these Organisations and their members. Also a study of the basic concepts and principles of constructive trust, secret and half secret trusts, sales of goods and negotiable instruments. (Prerequisite: BUS 100) |
