| An introduction to the study of the origin of law, its place in and effect upon society, the history and development of law, the system of courts and legal procedure. Also offers an extensive study of business organisations of the law of contracts as the basic law affecting business transactions, relationship between principal and agent, master and servant, employee, and aspects of the law of negligence. (Prerequsite: ENG 104) |
